What Is This Program?
This is a door-to-door (D2D) fiber optics sales program where college students spend approximately 12 weeks in the field selling high-speed internet service for Brightspeed — one of the fastest-growing fiber providers in the country. You go door to door in residential neighborhoods, present the product, and close deals on the spot.
There is no base salary — your income is entirely commission-based, which means your earning potential is unlimited. Rookies on this program typically earn $30k–$50k over the summer, though individual results vary based on effort, consistency, and work ethic.
Beyond the summer, this program also opens the door to insurance sales opportunities — a flexible career path you can pursue during the school year or after graduation. Many reps transition into insurance while still in college, building a residual income stream alongside their studies.
